  • Monitoring of proposals for cargo transportation, including control of their cost

  • Conducting an initial interview

What will you do:

  • Сommunication with the teams
  • Working with the teams to identify learning gaps
  • Taking actions to improve effectiveness and quality of work
  • Development, writing and implementation of new training and interactive activities related to personnel training and development
  • Participating in development of training materials (presentations, video tutorials, checklists, memos)
  • Updating and improving training materials using LMS tools
  • Improving educational products and creating e-courses

Requirements:

  • Work experience of at least 2 years as an English teacher in companies, training centres with an adult audience
  • Complete higher education in linguistics/pedagogy/psychology/philology
  • Energy, sociability, self-discipline, the ability to motivate, multitasking
  • High communication skills
  • Spoken language skills and excellent pronunciation (B2-C1)

The following will be a plus:

  • Experience in e-learning/LMS software
  • Experience in developing and conducting training sessions (availability of own original trainings on soft skills)
  • Experience in making presentations and public speaking in online and offline formats
